We want your child to love coming to Kindy and in order to do this we put our relationships with children first. We strive to offer a primary caregiver approach in which children become familiar with the same few Educators and can rely on their presence within the Centre.
Having the comfort and security of a trusted adult close by, who is fully present for that child, observing and responding to their cues and gestures, enables the child to discover and explore their world, knowing they will be safe and supported.
Our educator’s well-being, professional development and family needs are well supported to ensure that they can always offer our children 100% care and attention. We value our educators as Barefoot’s most important asset and treat them as such.
